The Truck
Based out of Clayton NC, The Fired Up Pizza & BBQ Food Truck is unique in the fact that we are one of very few food trucks featuring a professional Il Fornino wood burning pizza oven. All of our pizzas are cooked with North Carolina hardwoods right before your eyes on our open air deck. Our BBQ is made using a specially formulated spice rub and sauces then slow smoked for hours.

I have always had a passion for creating unique and delicious food. After 3 decades of managing restaurants, night clubs, and retail establishments a dream has been realized. Fired Up Pizza & BBQ is a true family business; My wife and partner Dianne along with my three kids Sydni, Jordan and Trey all pitch in for an all hands on deck approach. Our goal is to give you the best food and customer service in Eastern North Carolina.
The Services
Catering is available for corporate functions, private parties, weddings or other events and venues.
The truck is available for fairs, festivals, sporting events, breweries, or any other good time get together.
